With that budget I would just change hardware on cabinets, put a granite or quartz countertop in a darker color since the cabinets are white, also noticed hard wood in hall, does that go into kitchen under the current flooring? If so I would remove and refinish the hard wood. Also add a glass tile backsplash.....if you have money left over put in stainless appliances... Go to a local warehouse that carries tile to check out selection, not Home Depot or lowes, their choice is not any less expensive and not much of a selection. Also where table is, you could build a built in l shaped bench along wall and get square or rectangle table, you could do that yourself.......good luck, would love to see how it turns out...
