I love a beige and grey and white palette. It's more interesting than just beige or just grey. Here's an example of one of my favourite rooms because I was able to use these colours to create an interesting (with graphic fabric), restful and elegant space. The key is to find palettes that appeal to you and then work them into your own home - don't worry if the beige is not where it is in your inspiration image.
