What does this house need?

I have always hated the "baby poo" colored shutters and porch on my house. Now that we are getting ready to sell, I would like to paint the shutters and porch a true chocolate brown (with no tinge of orange or green) and a turquoise front door. But I would love other ideas! Thanks!
