My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Living Room Makeover so I can sell

I have a LR at the front door - it is bland. I want it to pop so I can sell. Pictures below. The drapes are PB silk, the sofa in the pix is gone, I have a new white tufted one from Horchow. Should I wall paper or paint beige - yet again. I love the Mumford paper by Thiobolt. Tables? Art work? Accessories? Help

    Recommend taking as much as possible out of the glass cabinet. Keep it simple and uncluttered. Second the call for a stager. Good luck with the sale.
