R U referring to the trim? I'd guess 10ft ceilings.

I'm trying to find a window transom like this to visually separate my mudroom floor (which will be slate) and my hallway floor (which will be hardwood). This is so pretty. I've seen ones attached to exterior doors - just wondering if these are sold separately for interior millwork or if these need to be custom made.

"For interior transoms, you don't have to have a prebuilt unit from the window makers. Your framer & trim guy can make those happen. The framer frames for it & the trim guy builds a backer frame panel, inserts the glass and secures it in place by creating another frame panel on the other side. They can then put on "dividers" to give you that divided lite look or you can just leave it without. It's typically much less expensive to do it this way than getting them from the window manufacturers."......from http://ths.gardenweb.com/forums/load/build/msg111253543491.html
