My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Hi guys,

      Something to keep in mind when asking about items in photos is to take a look at who the professional is that posted the photo. In this case, it is an architect, so while they were involved in designing the space, he or she likely was not involved in choosing the floor covering.

      Someone else in the Houzz community may be able to help answer the question, though. Hope that helps!

      Can anyone tell- is the rug a dark brown or black and white? Or cream? In the other photo I thought it was brown but now I'm thinking it's black? Any ideas?

      Being in the rug business and working at a trade showroom I have sold a rug identical to this. Schumacher used to have a pattern similar but I used En Eden for a machine tufted quality. If you have a Designer they would be versed in those rugs lines and could help you
