Paint the dark wall in the background a lighter color and upgrade the outdoor furniture to be more comfortable and more like your inside furniture. Enlarge the eating area with a bigger table and dining, not lounging, chairs. Add a large indoor/outdoor rug and move the plants to some teak plant stands over by the railing.

I am living in Switzerland and in wintertime there is a lot of snow on my terrace. The colour of the door I cannot change because the door is a part of the whole house impression. The colour is actually bloodred and the walls are white, the shuttles pine green.

Because of the snow there should be a table which is removeable because one has to shiffle away the the snow.

Wow... The idea with the picture a surely realizefoldable tables are not easy to get with the actual fashion in Switzland. Everything is made out of granit...i was searging of colourful art tables and chaurs out if acryl, but could not find them...
That's why everythin is looking so 20past 8th style. (Hope you understand this expression? - means boring furnitures etc)
