She offers all the design help needed to complete a project. First, she presented a couple of different layouts for us to consider. The designs were fantastic. Then she scheduled appointments for us to meet with her at several different showrooms including: lighting, plumbing, appliance, and tile showrooms. She listened to what we wanted and helped us make good choices. She was available to meet at the job site during construction.
Elma runs a great business; she is very organized, efficient and accommodating. She gets things done on time and she is easy to contact by phone, email or in person. The cabinetry company that she works with makes high quality, beautiful cabinets.”

“We found the experience working with Cal Design, and specifically with Didi very positive. First, Didi is very professional. He is knowledgeable about the design options and the different products that are available for design solutions. He also knows the requirements for code compliance . His work is accurate and reliable. He made sure that the measurements were very precise, even coming to the house several times to remeasure the work done by the architect (he caught a few mistakes there). Second, He listened to all of our ideas very intently and also offered new ideas when needed. Third, we loved working with him through video chat. We could see the design changes in real time, while talking with him, which really helped us understand the different choices we had and make better decisions. Didi also made sure that our design choices not only looked amazing but were also practical. Working with video chat also enable us to do quick changes with him when the design had to change due to unexpected issues that arose during renovations. The final design video is really helpful to get a feel for the overall look of the house after working and paying attention the all the details. Didi is a great person to have on your team.”

“After we purchased our home we decided to remodel and upgrade with a full new kitchen with countertops, capret, wood floor, tile, all new appliances, and interior paint. I was never rushed. She helped us work with our budget and to keep things on track. Lisa kept in contact with us often during our remodel and would returned our calls promptly. She also made herself available when we needed to meet with her. When it came time for installs Lisa knew that I was nervous about the transition. I asked for her to be present during the job and she was. This was a tremendous relief. It was nice to have someone on site who was knowledgeable about our project. She made sure all went smoothly. She even caught a few situations before things were done incorrectly. I can only imagine if she were not there what a pain it would have been to fix.
