My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    -Decide on whether you want Natural Gas or Liquid Propane powered
    -Decide on size grill you are looking for
    -Decide on features you'd like (such as rotisserie backburner, sear burners, and infrared heating options)
    -Decide on heat output you are looking for (measured in BTU)
    -Decide on color / material of grill (Such as stainless steel, which is expensive, or more standard materials like porcelain coated rolled steel which are cheaper).
    -Make up a budget, and hunt around for a grill that fits all your requirements!
