My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi mac4139! The manufacturer is Surya Flooring, Collection: Brentwood, Style: BNT-7674. The wall color is pewter tankard (SW0023) by Sherwin Williams.

    is this real hard wood flooring or laminate. love it..

    The flooring is real hard wood however it is "Engineered Hardwood" which is more stable than regular hard wood. It is less susceptible to shrinking and expanding and its multiple wood layers make it very durable. Thank you for your interest.
