This is stunning. Can you please tell me how you were able to put living space below the front porch? Is there a drain system in place and if so, how is it done? Thanks

Yes, there is a basement below. There is a waterproofing and drainage system present. Every area dependent on weather is done slightly different. We highly suggest to consult with a professional in your area. I will say we do not put living underneath exposed decks very often at all. As matter of fact, we do everything in our power to avoid it!
