HAND RAIL WIDTH

Hello, is the handrail wide enough to sit on or put a potted plant on? is it vinyl?

    Hi Robin: the top handrail is 9" wide, and yes, it is intended for sitting, plants and drinks. It is teak and has a slight bevel on it so that the water runs off. The white portion of the railing is made from cedar and painted. Thanks for the inquiry, Tom
