My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Brand and color of roof.

This is such a lovely home!! Thank you for sharing:) I was wondering if you recollect who the metal roof manufacturer was, and its color? I have not been able to find this color of green, and I've searched a lot. Thank you for any help you can give!

    I am sorry- the roof color was changed from what we specified, and I do not have the info.

    I wanted to say thank you, personally, but to also let you know that I think I found the roof color. It's by AEP Span, and the color is Antique Patina.

    Custom Bilt Metals also makes a similar or maybe the same antique patina. I just put it on my roof. It's magical. Changes from copper to green depending on the light. It's actually lighter on gray days and darker on sunny days.
