i'm looking for modular home companies that would build in Pennsylvania. I found bunch of firms that specialize in prefab construction, but wanted to hear from Houzz community about personal experiences, preferences, budgets, etc. I'm planning on buying a lot with possible tear-down house to keep the foundation and all hook-ups in tact. I looked into several companies, including Alchemy Architests, Blu Home, Hive, Clever Homes, Living Homes, ASAP House, Connect Homes, Resolution 4, Method Homes - please share your thoughts if you had any experience with them.
