I don't know the name of it but home improvement stores carry a product just for this purpose. Ask if the product will affect the stain color before using. I hope this helps!

What type of glue was used? Some adhesives need to be removed BEFORE they harden....others can be "rubbed" off AFTER they harden but before they cure. The type of adhesive will tell you what type of "remover" can be used. Don't purchase anything until you find out the brand and then talk to their technical department/tech department of the flooring manufacturer. Some installers use adhesive "A" which requires remover "B" or "C". The flooring manuf. may only allow "C" to be used.

You will probably have to stay off the floor (once you have wiped up the adhesive) until the glue cures (usually 24 - 48 hours). Again this comes down to brand of adhesive used.
