Is this a low voltage fixture?

I need to know if this is a low voltage fixture that can be on my landscape lighting system or is it a full 110v fixture?

This light uses a 120v system with 60Hz input.

Plz discuss the advantages vs disadvantages of landscaping with low voltage vs 110V ! Very confusing as an owner builder here in FL where outdoor lighting is used more than up north!
