Valspar's Summer Mist is a similar color.

I would pick the tile first and the counter top and then call a color from those. Picking a wall color first isn't a great idea unless that is all you are changing and everything in your bath is neutral.

I think it's Ben Moore Putnam Ivory. I have in my bath and looks exact.
