My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The sofa is made by Zuo Modern. You can check the website for a dealer near you. If there is not one I can get it for you.

    I just looked too and can't find it either. It may be discontinued. You may want to contact Zuo directly.

    They are vinyl and hold up great to any stain except marker. I have used windex to clean them. The tufting is the only downside with toddlers--crumbs will gather in the crevices.
