My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I like the look of these homes. What is the square footage? Please tell me how wide these homes are, and how wide and deep the lot would need to be to accommodate them. Would love to see interior photos if you have any. Thanks so much.

    Each house is 20' wide by 40' deep. The required size of a lot to fit a similar house depends on a number of factors, beginning with the building regulations in your area. Each lot for these houses was 30'x104'.
