We are trying to decide between the thermador 36" gas pro harmony and the wolf 36" gas sealed burner range wolf. Thoughts on which is better with regards to cooking, life span, and customer service?

We are also trying to decide between the built-in 36" single door sub zero vs 36" thermador with bottom freezer.

So expensive and big decision! We don't care as much about the look, just about the function of both!
