what height should double wilshire sconces be set for 8'3 ceilings?

I just purchased some double wilshire sconce from RH that are rather tall. 12 inchs high and I really like them a lot. ( http://www.restorationhardware.com/catalog/product/product.jsp?productId=prod1158085) but my placement for sconces is at 7 feet in a 8 foot 3 inch ceiling. So my question is what should the optimal height be? ( I will have a framed mirror surrounded by molding.
