My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Wouldn't you want a more durable material for the walls and flooring? Seems like a disaster waiting to happen.

    This is actually a combination of solid Douglas fir and plywood, both are exterior grade and actually durable. This structure is guaranteed to last for decades!
