Leave the interior white. It's easier to keep clean and looks neater. Hardware is a preference, but I'd select to coordinate with the appliances. You're more likely to change your lighting sooner than your appliances. And, with both color cabinets, dark knobs/pulls/handles will be lost on the brown and really obvious on the white.

Thanks for your feedback.. Matching the appliances makes sense. Having a fresh set of eyes is extremely helpful. I've attached a few more images. The SS pulls, wall oven which has a tubular SS handle and the other wall. The backsplash (Kenai glass from eurotile) we were going to use (Almond). It's a textured glass. Was thinking of using the 3"x 12" horizontal with a strip of broken joint stick mosaic /(1/2" strips). There's a chimney style fan above the cook top (empty area in photo with white cabinets). The portion of the wall behind the hood fan from counter to Crown (missing in photo) we were going to do the mosaic broken joints. The remainder of the back splash, we would use the 3" x 12" with that strip of broken joint sticks around. Will it be too busy? The granite is Black Titanium. thanks again.

Most cabinet shops would do the inside of a cabinet with glass doors in a paint or stain to match the exterior finish. So if you are doing hammered glass, the white interior should be fine in the white cabinets. It's too bad they didn't stain the inside of the stained cabinet. But not the end of the world. You could go either way with the hardware. Depends on the look you want to create. Stainless or nickel tends to look more clean & modern and the copper/bronze will add some warmth and depth. Look back through your own idea books and see what look you have 'favourited' the most and go with that. Have fun! It's a lovely space!
