My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The dutch door is from a door supplier in Scottsdale, AZ, much like any average door supplier. It is a traditional door that we cut, a ledge was then added to the top of the bottom half. This can easily be done with any door including a vintage one, with a good carpenter of course.
