Hello, my darling maniacs! The chairs ARRIVED!!!! And so did some chilly weather. Still need to tweak the lil decor thingies, but SO much better than Day One.

And..Im glad y'all are embracing the manatees & snakes & gators out there. We have settled on "Gaston" for our big baby. In "Cajun Night Before Christmas" the lead gator pulling Papa Noel/Santa up the bayou is - uou got it!

I have been following this thread for a long time and I love what you have achieved LeAnne- and being an art lover I adore the gator art.

LeAnne, I am testifying. I have (almost) ex-foliated the house. Still staring at piles of lights, ornaments and garland that must be organized and stored.
Why do I have all this stuff? Oh, wait, that same exclamation might have of come from both of the mouths of my babes. (They are terrified that they will inherit all this bling.)

I am counting on No House Guests for at least a week.

Undecorating happens after the feast of the Epiphany on Jan 6th...that's the end of the Twelve Days of Christmas!
