My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What are the 2 creatures?

I absolutely love everything about this peculiarly shaped space, but I'm curious to know what the deal is with the 2 creatures under the stairs? Are they "art" or do they have some other significance? I have not seen anything quite like that.

    Yes, they are art, 2 lion sculptures purchased from Primitive in Chicago.

    the table with the chairs are exquisite, are the chairs vintage modern from the 50's 70's, where were they purchased.
