My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi. I love your midcentury home. Love the wood and beams on the ceiling, the stone, and beautiful color palette you have used. What are the floors made out of? Are they a matte concrete of some kind?

    Hello! They are actually marmoleum. The original floors were a marmoleum tile that was laid with asbestos - we replaced it with very large sheets of marmoleum. Really easy upkeep.
