Ceiling paint question

Hi, I'm planning on painting my house and need an answer to one question. I'm painting my home behr sandstone cove and the trim/doors behr polar bear white. My question is do you paint the ceiling the same color as your trim/doors or do you pick another color of white? Thank you?
