My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I am a just a Houzz member but this looks like a color I use throughout my house. Check out Sherwin Williams "Mineral Deposit". Its a gray with warm blue and green tones - actually very neutral. Once on the walls, the room expands and you feel you like you are outside on a sunny day. Its in the Color Concepts Collection.

      Another color like this, expansive and soothing, is Sherwin Williams Comfort Gray.

      Could also be Restoration Hardware's Silver Sage. It looks slightly different as the light changes during the day. Fabulous color.

      Sometimes architects specify custom colors. You don't have to choose a pre-mixed color. I have a several old color palettes and I take the chips to the paint store and get custom mixes all the time.
