Thanks for your question! All the hardwood flooring throughout the house, including those used in the kitchen, was existing, sanded and restained. The stain color was chosen on site. This custom stain was developed on-site to maintain the character of the house. Unfortunately, we do not have the exact stain details recorded. The custom stain was mixed with clear coat to dilute the stain.
