My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is a thin concrete overlay, installed on site by a local concrete finishing company. Jennifer Ott, with Jennifer Ott Design was the client, and she would be a good person to talk to, if you are looking for an interior designer for your project.
