I would put the bed under the window, then hang the tv on the wall directly across from the bed and mount it on a swiveling bracket so you can see the tv from all over the space. Then I would put a love seat in between the bed and bar stools facing the doors. the tv could be swung out to face the bed or love seat and bar stools creating more versatility in the smaller space.

Which sliding doors offers the nicest view? Also which one casts the early morning sun and afternoon sun. If you watch tv/entertain mostly in the afternoons and early evenings you want the tv positioned to it does not catch afternoon sun. That way you can keep the blinds open without having glare on the tv. If you need/like to wake up early position the bed so it catches the early morning sun.

Consider floating the loveseat or apartment sized sofa in the middle of the room facing the kitchen. Behind it, put a console table with at least one lamp. Then, place the bed's head against the console facing the sliding glass doors. The console will serve as your headboard. I would use two area rugs to anchor the spaces, and put a media center on the long wall, mounting the tv above it on a bracket that can be angled, if required. A chair with an ottoman, or an ottoman coffee table and occasional chair could round out the room.
