You can usually order them from a cabinetry company or a custom carpenter. They will need to anchor the shelves and there are options there depending on what sorts of shelves you want and how much you're planning to put on the shelves. Best of luck!

The shelves were made by the same company that made all of the cabinetry in the kitchen, Aristocratic Cabinets out of Chehalis WA. Boyce is correct, any good custom cabinet company or woodworker could make you something similar to your own specifications.
