Can you describe the soffit materials above the kitchen cabinets?

Such a charming, welcoming and comfortable space. Makes me want to move in! Do you know what material was used for the soffits above the kitchen cabinets?

Hi Cindy, Thanks for your reply but I wasn't asking about the materials. Sorry I wasn't more specific. I assumed this was popular. I was really wondering about the fabrication of the build out / build up below the crown. Is that three or four pieces o fascia? Do you have dimensions of each? Thanks.
