My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Who is he general contractor on this job? Does the architect design everything from the lighting fixtures to the floor??

    The General Contractor was Beck & Sons Contractors. The Interior Designer was Jeanne Barousse Designs. Decorative light fixtures were chosen by the client and interior designer; recessed lighting was chosen by the architect. Floor tile was chosen by the client and interior designer while the architect helped with the tile pattern and layout.
