My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    You find the stool on the architectural firm's website, but it does not list any prices. May have to contact them directly. http://www.finne.com/fabrications/lista_stool.php

    Hi,
    Thanks for your question about the LISTA stool, which I designed for the Magnolia kitchen. The stool is handmade, with a blackened steel base and a custom woven cattail seat. If your want to purchase one, you can contact me at my email nils@finne.com. I should warn you that the stool is very expensive.

    Hi, Thank you for the reply. Is the stool over $500? I live in Tokyo so that is the price here for a nice stool..in any case, I will keep looking. I like the design.
