What ever style you choice, and there are many, I would do regular sliding doors over bi fold;)

Here's the 411 on that. Louvers are soooo 1960's. Bifolds take up the least swing space. By-pass are a pain because you can only get to one side of the closet at a time. French-opening are my choice every time if there is room to swing them.

There are pluses and minuses to each. Consideration to door style effect outside the closet must be given. If swing door blocks walkway or interferes with another door it may suggest use of sliding door. Bifold doors generally add six inches of restriction to side access of closet. Bypass doors do not impact other doors or walkway access but do limit access to half the closet. So the evaluation should not be limited to the closet itself.
