My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The ceiling is a 1/2" thick sheet of blued steel with the design cut out of it. It is bent into the arc shape, and suspended from the ceiling. It is then gently backlit with low-voltage lighting. The artist who designed the cutout pattern, also designed the handrail in this house you can see in other pictures. Thank you for asking! It is one of my favorite details in any of our home designs.
