This is our preferred cooking ventilation option. It is made by "Best", the Cirrus Sorpresa Collection. It is a flush vent hood on the ceiling "without the hood part". You avoid the pop up options which don't work that well or a visual obstruction like a typical hood.

They work great, have many fan options. We often remote locate the inline fan. It is extremely quiet.

This is a great option in a more open environment.
