My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      The sofa is custom made and designed by my company... We make custom ordered sofas. If you want an estimate I can provide one for you. Also your local upholsterer should be able to copy the design for you. The fabric was purchased at my local fabric center High Fashion home. Its a woven 100% poly teal/blue heavy duty twill. Its an upholstery weight fabric, and it is very ideal for sofas and chairs especially tufted pieces.

      The white settee/sofa was purchased 12 years ago at the Store House Furniture Store.. it was recovered for this project.. the coffee table was purchased at One Kings Lane.. They called it "Cleo Marble Coffee Table in Turquoise" not sure if it is still available.
