My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Received customer complaints on this couch, and if so, what about?

Just trying to gauge how comfortable this couch is and one indicator to me would be level of customer complaints. Are these cushions on the softer or firmer side?

    Truly in the middle--if you are looking for a particularly plush or firm seat, this may not be the one for you. However, there is ample support and a plush, very inviting seat.
