We just renovated our laundry room and painted it Behr 'Provence 'Creme', a soft creamy yellow. Love it. (Did the home office in the same colour!)

Happy to see this question. We are planning on repainting our basement guest room and I wanted a good yellow too. Really like that Provence Creme, katiede. Is your home office upstairs or is it in the basement too? Just wondering how it looks in a room with more light.

My walkout basement is BM Hawthorne Yellow. I'm so in love with that color it's in my kitchen, master bath, and downstairs hall, too.

I don't normally have such a difficult time choosing a color. Thank you everyone for your input. Going to Ben Moore in the morning, I'm going to choose several colors and try them out.

Hello Vandychick. My home office is on the upper level of the house and gets morning sun. I've attached a photo altho it may not show the colour accurately.It is a very pale creamy yellow.

We ended up painting the walls Benjamin Moore Little Dipper and the ceiling Ben Moore Breath of Fresh Air and put down Traffic Master Allure White Confetti flooring. That yellow is BRIGHT! It's pretty but if it weren't the basement I would repaint a lighter color. The Breath of Fresh Air is a very beautiful paint color, very thick and higher quality for some reason. I couldn't be happier with that blue. Both colors are Benjamin Moore Regal. The idea of a blue ceiling is a Southern porch ceiling thing and since I'm not in the South, somehow, it seemed a good idea for the basement. Our ugly old basement looks so great now.
