My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is roughly 9' x 5'

    These dimensions are pretty standard for an Irish Georgian wake table, if anyone's interested. Advantage being, with a wake table, that the slides flap down like a drop-leaf table, so it can be stored against a wall when not in use, vs taking up the whole room.
