My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What color are the shutters?

      what is the material and finish on the ceiling? same on doors?

      The ceiling is bead board. I don't know the wood species, but the boards are clear with no knots. The boards look to be the typical 3 1/2" wide and the lengths are varied so the ends are staggered.
      I believe the doors are mahogany, but I'm not sure. The doors are probably finished with something like tung oil and the ceiling is stained to match. I'm sorry that I can't be more help.
