My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Color/shade/brand of ceiling, walls, trim?

More specifically, are all parts of ceiling (&walls) the same color/shade or do they differ slightly to enhance the architectural features?
It's hard to tell in photo if it is the architectural features/light or if it is an actual variation in paint color/shade to achieve this look. (Which is a good thing.)
