My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We’re almost finished! We are down to the last 3 things; concrete counters, glass backsplash and lighting. My concrete guy is worth the wait, and I expect the concrete counters within the month. There’s always hope!

    There is a staircase behind the fridge. There is a pantry behind the microwave, and I just wanted all small appliances off the counters.
