I have MS Windows XP and use Explorer. I think the version is 8. I tried to find the version number but couldn't locate it but I know it's either 7 or 8, and I am pretty sure it is 8. Thank you for any help you can offer. I have discovered a couple of ways to make your site let me add another photo to an ideabook, but it's really inconvenient and sometimes I can't find the photo again, especially if it's from a professional with hundreds of photos.

I could not figure out how to show you a photo of the message I get, but it is exactly the same kind of message you get after you've added a photo and have the option of clicking "done" or "go to your ideabook", except it shows the photo you added before, not the one you are trying to add. We registered your issue but so far were not able to reproduce it and fix it.

Until we are able to resolve the problem, I suggest the following options:
* Consider trying a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc). It might work for you, at least for the time being.
* Try open an "In Private Browsing" window in IE8, and then sign in to houzz and try again. If this resolves the problem, the next step would be to clear your IE cache (see http://www.ehow.com/how_5066726_clear-cache-internet-explorer.html)

Whichever approach you use, keep using the same user account, and that will keep the photos you have collected.
