My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi, thanks so much for your comments and question! We sell this ottoman through our design studio. Finish choices are available for the wood base and nailheads (and the size and placement of the nailheads can be customized as well). Fabric is customer's own or graded in (if you let me know what colors you are looking for, I can send you samples). This ottoman is a cedar lined storage ottoman with hydraulic hinge. Let me know if you'd like more info. Thanks!
