    No, it is not slick or slippery. The Full-Range Bluestone has a natural cleft that provides enough traction for wet feet, and the material is porous enough to provide the non-slip characteristic. However, be careful if the stone is sealed. Sometimes a sealant is applied to the stone to eliminate the porosity and protect the stone from freeze/thaw conditions, and general wear. The sealer, in certain circumstances, can be slippery when wet. However, there are additives to make the sealant more non-slip as well.
