My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Beautiful renovation. What material did you use for the metal roof? Galv Alume? If so which style?

    The metal roofing is the standard galvalume finish, I believe 16 gauge, 16" standing seam panel. The system is product approved for south Florida wind load requirements. The standing seam metal roof is more energy efficient, needs less maintenance and is structural more secure to the roof sheathing with a screwed on clip system, not nailed. Hope this helps.
